What Guests Are Saying
Isaac Creek is a well-maintained and beautiful campground located along the Alabama River, offering a clean, quiet, and relaxing environment. Guests appreciate the friendly hosts, good site spacing, and excellent amenities, making it ideal for fishing and enjoying nature. However, some travelers noted a lack of sewer hookups and occasional issues with electrical connections, but these did not overshadow the overall positive experiences.

Had a great camping experience, however the grass needed cutting. Could not believe the grass had not been cut for the Fourth of July holiday. We could not believe the washers and dryers were locked up.

Campsites were excellently maintained, with a concrete pad for the camper & a large compact, level area for picnicking, grilling, etc. Camp hosts were welcoming and accommodating. There is a very social feel, but spaced so that we also had plenty of privacy. My ONLY complaint is that we had almost zero cell or WiFi signal anywhere in the park or even within 5-10 miles. I needed to work during covid so this was a biggy. We also like to be on grid to keep up with weather alerts and this is not an option here. I was surprised that there were not any full hookup sites but no biggy....just be sure to get out early to avoid the long lines at the 💩 dump station !
I could see myself staying there for longer stays if there was WiFi. If this isn’t important to campers for work (or streaming TV) then this will be HEAVEN ! We will be back! Bring your kayak! The paddle is wonderful! Oh! And bring your trail bike and/or hiking shoes....wonderful, clear trails!

I would like to see pictures of each campsite during the middle of a sunny day to get the full effect of each site.

Beautiful peaceful place. All sites are are wheelchair accessible and are excellent. The bathrooms are also excellent for those in wheelchairs. Unfortunately ones in wheelchairs are not able to fish because there is no access to the water for them.😢
