- Resort phone numbers should only be used for business or emergencies.
- Guests must register upon arrival, with families defined as two adults and their unmarried children under 18.
Safety & rules
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekends.
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM on weekdays.
- Children under 16 must have adult supervision near fires.
- Sleeping in vehicles is not permitted.
- Inform staff if your RV will be unattended overnight or longer.
- Trash must be bagged and disposed of in the dumpster.
- Adults must supervise their children and their guests at all times.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult in all common areas.
- Climbing on any structures or trees is prohibited.
- Children must not be left alone anywhere on the property.
- Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
- Discharging firearms on the property is prohibited.
- Behavior such as public intoxication and illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and personal injury on the property.
- Guests must take responsibility for their personal belongings and safety.
Site capacity
- Each site can accommodate a maximum of five individuals.
Vehicles & parking
- Each site is limited to a maximum of two vehicles.
- Vehicles must be operational and properly registered.
- RVs should be parked according to the instructions provided at check-in.
- The speed limit in the resort is 5 MPH, and enforcement is strict.
Fees & deposits
- Site fees are required to be paid before arrival.
- A late fee of $50 applies to payments made after the 5th of the month.
- A fee of $35 will be charged for returned checks.
Cancellation policy
- Early departing guests on an extended rate will be charged the daily rate for their stay.
Utilities
- RV owners are responsible for setting up their own hookups.
- Ensure sewer hoses are properly sealed during use.
- Insulate water hoses in winter and disconnect them when not in use.
Site types & loops
- Outside appliances like refrigerators and freezers are not allowed; however, propane grills and smokers are permitted.
- Clotheslines are not allowed on the property.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at your site.
Fires & fuel
- Fires are allowed only in specified fire pits or for cooking purposes.
Pets
- Pets require prior approval from management before being allowed.
- Pets must be leashed at all times, including on guest sites.
- Pets are prohibited in restrooms, laundry rooms, pools, and clubhouses.
- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and managing their behavior.
- Guests might need to provide proof of their pets' vaccinations.
- Pets that are problematic or threatening must be removed from the property.
- 8. No Pets or Food — Leave pets, grills, and picnic setups for other areas.

Noise
- 1. Observe Pool Hours — Please swim only during posted times.

Guests
- Guests agree that the resort is not liable for loss or damage due to theft, fire, water, weather, or the actions of others.
Parking
- Guests must always yield to pedestrians. Speeding may result in immediate removal from the park.
- Boats are not to be parked at the RV sites. Please park your boat and other watercraft in the designated boat parking indicated on our map. Battery charging available.
