What Guests Are Saying
Amity Park is highly praised for its cleanliness, well-maintained facilities, and spacious sites, particularly those by the water, which offer beautiful views and easy access for activities like kayaking. The hosts, including Mr. and Mrs. Dingler and Mr. and Mrs. Greene, are noted for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While there are some minor concerns, such as a few dated restrooms and low water levels, overall experiences are positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

The park was clean and very well maintained. All the facilities were in great shape.
We had the opportunity to ask the hosts (Mr. and Mrs. Dingler), for a small favor and they both went out of their way to help us find some spare tent stakes for a friend. Without those stakes, our friends trip might have been over before it started.
This park and the staff is excellent. Looking forward to a return trip.

Site 33 is probably one of the best lake sites we’ve stayed in Amity. Very easy access, good shade with a beautiful view and plenty of room. Our camp hosts (Mr &Mrs Greene) were excellent - great personalities, very helpful and accommodating.

Mr and Mrs Dingler who work the front gate are very nice, helpful and accommodating people.
Site 52 is a great site. We met our neighbors beside us and they were very nice people.
Can’t go wrong with any site at Amity.

We noticed a couple walking trails but did not investigate, and they are not marked on the map.
The town of West Point is a 30 minute drive. You can find Cherry Drive Laundromat (very clean), Walmart, fast food, shopping, restaurants, (Milano's Italian Grill for the win), etc.

We love Amity. Other than the fact the water level is ALWAYS too low, the campground is perfect.
