We were on site 53. Nicely shaded. Picnic table was close to the camper and there was a good bit of room for chairs too. The fire ring and tent area was farther away, but would be fine with a little lighting. We had good cell and internet connection. Pretty close to bathrooms and shower house. The water was still down from winter, but you could tell this would be excellent for getting in a boat or in a jet ski, but the drop off would make it a little hard for swimmers to get in and out.

We had a great stay. Site 51 is an amazing site with amazing views. Plenty of outdoor space and lots of grass for children to play. We will definitely be back.

The sites are designed to maximize lake views and water access. We are avid kayakers and really appreciated launching from the site. The area for each camper is the most generous we have seen to date. Well done COE!

This is hands down our favorite campground. Clean and beautiful! We enjoyed our hosts too. The one complaint we did have was the location of the table and fire pit pad on our site 58. This is not the only site on loop D that has tables and pads located inconveniently behind the camper or just far from the camper
