About the lot: I absolutely love this spot, 58. The view is beautiful, the land is level. There is a good bit of space between each site and a very, very large area from your campsite to the water, width and depth. I am new to camping and this is probably going to be my favorite campsite in this campground. The ones to my left and right were also amazing. But I prefer this one because of the positioning of the trees where I can put my hammock up.
At the campground in general, Amity. I thought it was beautiful, very clean, the couple that ran the front or informative, nice and thorough. I rode around the full campground to see other sites and options. This definitely has plenty of different options for different types of people. I prefer to be able to walk right out into the water because I paddleboard and I have a dog. But there are a lot of sites that look like they’re off of a cliff and have stairs they go down into the water. There are some that are not waterfront and definitely secluded. There are big ones and small ones so anything for everybody.

Getting There
From West Point Georgia, travel north on Stateline Road/County Road 212 for approximately 7 mi, and watch for a sign for the campground on the right side of the road. County Road 393 on the right leads directly into the campground entrance.
Highway access
The campground is accessible via County Road 212, which connects to U.S. Route 431 approximately 12 miles to the west.
Policies & Rules
Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
