when we arrived, the lady attendant was very rude. Site 78 was so full of above ground roots that we constantly stumbled and had a hard time trying to place our chairs to sit in a level spot without tipping. most of the roots were at least the size of a softball bat's largest end. The picnic table, lantern pole and tent pad was a great distance from the rv pad therefore we could not use either of those. Other sites in the area had porch pads that were level with the rv parking pad. The restrooms were always clean and the bathhouse was a good distance from our site but was always clean. Would go to Amity again but would not stay at site 78

Campsite photos on web site were not accurate. Pictures did not depict camp site. We got a camp site with no water. The pictures we looked at were better and showed more lake front camp sites. But alas if that was the only thing wrong y'all did a excellent job and really showed you cared about the camp by making sure everyone was safe plus the campground was clean.

Overall, we had a great week! Our spot (84) was unusual, but an excellent view! Cellphone and Dish reception were terrible at this spot (T-Mobile). But the spot was huge. I still don't quite understand why the picnic table and fire pit area as so spread out from the campsite but it was ok. The staff at Amity was awesome and very friendly. Overall, we had a good time. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our neighbors were friendly and we were able to ride our bikes throughout the park. The folks in the gatehouse gave us some good places to eat in the neaby town. it was a relaxing time for us, and we will be returning in the future.

We love camping at Amity! The water front sites are amazing and the staff is friendly at check in and check out. The campground is clean. The only complaint we have is that there are many campers who let their dogs run loose.

We love Amity. The only negative is the overwhelming presence of the turkey vultures every morning hanging out on the picnic table and all around the park. Geese are prevalent as well.

Campground was beautiful and clean. So nice to get away and relax. The Dinglers were the host when we checked in. They were so nice. They checked on us several times to insure everything was perfect. Thanks so much!! We will definitely be back.

Fun overall, but would be nice to have more activities and a playground for kids.
