Very nice campground. Bath house and showers better than most. Camp sites are spacious and not crowded on top of each other. Definitely would go back.

The site was beautiful on the river. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very clean but could use an upgrade. Had an enjoyable time. We will be back.

Everything was great except for the squirrels chewing holes in my propane lines on my camper.

Very nice campground. I've camped there over a dozen times and have not had a bad experience. During scheduled hunts at the Lowndes WMA (right across the slough) 80 % of the campers will be hunters. Otherwise many campers will be fishermen. Not much to do activitywise around Prairie Creek but the streets are level and good for walking and bicycle riding. Bath houses are old but are kept clean. Plenty of hot water for showers. No sewer hookups available.
