Camp Hosts are A-1! Haven't seen a Ranger. Period. 1st time here; Recommend it. Low number sites are best.

Grass Mowed, clean. They keep the streets clean and campsites are cleared with a leaf blower before a new camper comes in. We have been here 3 times in the last 9 months and it has always been a good experience.

This visit was my 41st sence 2009 so, I LOVE this campground. It's not a local park, 72 miles away but, it's so clean and the gate people are on the job from 7 to 7...go, you to will enjoy everything about Prairie creek campground.

Wonderful corp park and campsite; we give it a 4 star; We would love to have had sewer hook up. Also, no internet or cell coverage (verizon).

This was our first time at prairie creek. It was a pleasant visit. Looking forward to returning and staying longer.

Campground was great. Been there several times. Had bad experience on site 30. A 7foot limb feel about 30 to 40 feet and went through the roof of my 2012 34 foot eagle. Broke two rafters and ceiling. Another 6 foot limb hit also tore roof.

From the start, 3 families from 3 states converge to continue our traditional spring camping trip.
Phone support from campground staff was exceptional!
I encountered difficulty reserving 2 adjacent sites near a bathroom for our eldest camper and was directed to an area by staff and I reserved them both.
These staff members were off duty the day I arrived on March 19th, but the staff on duty were clones of some sort!
Wonderfully receptive and chatty with suggestions for future reservations [previously visited Prarie Creek in 2018]
Bathrooms were clean, hot water showers, clean grounds, peace, and quiet were abundant! The occasional squeals of laughter of kids in the playground across the street were a wonderful backdrop to birds chirping.
Our neighbor's granddaughter latched onto my niece and they became campground buddies.
We do not camp more than once or twice a year, this was another great outdoors experience [campfire smoke in your eyes, cooking over an open fire, washing dishes from a garden hose, etc.]
A great experience from start to finish made even better by the outstanding customer service of the staff we encountered.
