This has become my favorite campground. The sites our level and well kept, and not too close together, the host are very friendly, in fact, everyone who comes here is friendly. I highly recommend the Selma, Cemetery, and Old Cawhaba archaeology town. The river is great for those who fish, you can fish right from your site.

We were on spot 48 and the water view was fantastic. The campground is very quiet and secluded. Most of the sites are nicely spaced. Make sure to bring because the only near is a Dollar General about 5 miles away and then nothing for over 30.

We have always had good experiences camping at Prarie Creek. Staff is friendly and accommodating and sites are always clean and neat. We go at least twice a year and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Our first time camping here was amazing!! And thats with it raining the entire time. The lady at the front gate was very nice, our spot was clean and beautiful. The restrooms did need a little love but no real complaints here. We will absolutely be back!!!

The lots are big, flat, and always neat. The bathrooms are spotless, ALWAYS.

Mr Cam at the gate is always helpful and keeps close check on the campers, I can't recall the other host name but we have dealt with her in the past and she is also very nice and helpful. The 2 bathhoises are clean and heated, I haven't never used them but they have 2 laundry rooms that always look clean.

My campsite #47. Level ground. Has a little pier next to it, looking out at the river. Felt safe, clean, quiet. Laundry can be done there free. Bathrooms were clean. I really like this place. Nothing we can really do against red ants. That's my only complaint. I highly recommend this place.
