Peaceful quiet Large sites not cram together. If you fish take good gear as the possibility of Large Catfish is quite possible. Want bore you with all the details but had one large Catfish on for over 15 minutes before it broke my line. Great campground

I love site 39! The shade is good, view is even better. This was our 3rd time at this site and will not be the last. The whole oark is awesome.

Super nice host, and those that clean sites, an restrooms. Bath houses are very clean. Sites are super big an nice.

Prairie Creek campground is beautiful and peaceful. We really enjoy our short time there.
Our site was level, and not too close to the other campers. The bathroom was very clean with good water pressure. It could use a little upgrade, but I rather have a clean bathroom.
The hosts Ms Shirley and Mr Cam were awesome! Shirley called, and waited for us...we were a little lost ...Cam gave us a lot of information about the area and when the power when off due to a rainstorm, he made came around to inform us of the campground status. We left a day early, because of the possible bad storm, but Prairie creek is in our list of great campground and will be back soon.

Such big spacious spots and privacy! We got a spot with a private dock as well!

Nice peaceful shaded place. Campground is well maintained and managed. Sure sewage at campsite would be better, but then it would be a perfect place, because it is that close to perfect!!

Beautiful park! The bathrooms and showers are extremely clean! The host was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.
