We have enjoyed Prairie Creek several times over the past 14 years. The place seems a little run down since our last visit (pre-covid) and the dog leash rule should apply to everyone but is not enforced. Itβs a beautiful campground and the staff is very friendly. The place does need a working Ice machine. Highly recommend...

Alabama Corp of Engineers Property has always maintained the highest level of pride in maintaining their camping and bath house facilities. The staff is educated and friendly and well trained to facilitate you're every camping need. Rest assured if you plan a visit, you will never be disappointed.
