This park is absolutely beautiful! We cannot wait to return. It’s so lush with trails and views of the river and nature. We saw deer and even a wild pig. Oh, and the workers were so great and friendly. 5 stars!

Wonderful place to stay ! Quiet spots with beautiful trees and hiking. We were visiting friends who live in Tuscaloosa near the Yacht Club - easy access to visit and enjoy the city close by.

Camp Host was very nice and the sites were easy to access. Should note in the need to know that access to the swim area and water access are very very steep terain down to the water.

We were only there as a single night stop over. A storm came through so ewe didn't get to explore but the campground was very clean and the host was very helpful.

Stayed at a drive up/walk in tent site with electric. Absolutely gorgeous campsites with plenty of space and privacy in between, lots of gorgeous trees for a hammock. Bit of stairs between the car and site but not much, and the electric box was a lil far from the tent spot so bring an extension cord if using it. Easy online booking and fair rates. Didn't have time to explore nature much but my slice was beautiful, had a racoon steal some marshmallows too!
