Not my favorite site at this campground, but I’d still book it if nothing else is available. Great camp host, perfect location.

I wish the website a photos of the spots. The spot we choose had a huge cotton wood on the side of the pull in and it made it hard park the travel trailer due to the slide. Walking through the grounds it appears that most of the sites are good for short RVs/ trailers (less than 25 ft) or tents. Bring your bug spray, lots of mosquitoes! This is a heavily wooded camp ground and you can hear some highway noise when big trucks are going by. Overall not a bad stay

Peaceful stay. Our primary purpose was to use Granite Creek as our base for going to a live show in Hope, AK. Great spot as it's only 30 minutes away to Hope, and very peaceful. Super clean. Our site #19 was a little tight for our 25 ft camper trailer, but it worked. We noticed some of the others were a little longer, but also a few were even smaller, which probably wouldn't have worked. Nice loop to walk the dogs.

Every knows there is no WiFi or cell service. No hookups. Other campgrounds cheaper per night. Only 19 spots. Still a beautiful place and 40 min to Girdwood. Had a bad checkin experience with our site being unavailable when we arrived there because of an error on their side. Spent 30 minutes trying to find a campsite. May still return someday.
