Loved the cabin and the site. The only negative is that it was hard to spot from the water.

This cabin is all about the views! It's incredible, rain or shine! The kerosene stove still has some issues (leaking/a little finicky to get it started)- but it kept us warm enough in the summer months. Bring fire wood for the outdoor fire pit- all the wood around is very wet. No ax available. We've stayed here before and we will stay here again!

If you're considering using this cabin for backcountry snowboarding think again. Access to the surrounding ranges is far and the vegetation in between or below tree line is thick, making it very time consuming. The Kerosene heater is also broken. We spent many hours over our four days trying to fix it, one of my friends working in hvac as a profession. It was a cold four days. That being said, if your goal isn't to be riding in the snow ,it does offer an amazing view of the bay.

Pigot Bay Cabin was in great shape. We wish we would have brought an ax. Also recommend bringing some firewood if you want an outdoor fire. Kerosene stove inside worked well for our needs.

We were fortunate enough to reserve this cabin on one of the hottest and sunniest weekends I have ever spent in Prince William Sound! The cabin is situated with the most beautiful view of Pigot Bay! The nearby tent spot is simply amazing! The facility was clean and well kept, especially considering the remoteness and the insane winter storms that frequent this area. Access is easy, and there is much to do, especially if you have a kayak or small boat to venture further down the beach where a creek provides some awesome salmon viewing! We will be booking this cabin again!
