Riverside RV & Camper Park

“Warning: sewage mixed ‘Potable’ Water.

Stopped at Riverside RV to dump grey water and refill fresh water. I used the spigot right next to the dump station, after confirming with the front desk that it provided potable water — they clearly said it was safe to drink.

After filling my tank, I discovered the water inside my RV was extremely yellow — obviously not normal. It looked contaminated, almost like it was mixed with sewage. I returned to the reception, and the staff initially claimed it was due to “minerals.” Later, they suggested I try the spigot inside the campground.

I did — and the water there was crystal clear. This proves the issue is not about minerals but about the poor quality (and possibly contaminated) water from the exterior spigot that they charge $15 for.

I’ve attached a video clearly showing the difference between the yellow water from the outside “potable” source and the clean water inside. If you’re stopping here just for a quick water refill, be warned — the water outside is not safe.

Showed up after boondocking for days and were definitely ready for a water fill on the RV, laundry and showers at the most expensive campground we booked for the trip. However, their water was not working. They did not notify us and would not give us a discount (which was requested with the gentlemen working). We were already fully set up at the site and made friends when we found out there would be no water. They would only refund if we left completely. We requested a cash refund, worried our credit card would not process a refund since we had booked 6 months in advance and they became very defensive and upset. They finally issued the credit so we could confirm it went through before we left. So after an exhausting, busy day, we took off to find water and a different place to camp with a dirty pile of clothes going into boondocking the next 3 nights again.

Beautiful Campground! Great service, clean, hot showers, multiple washers & dryers, quiet, & relaxing. Three Bears Convenience Store/Gas Station across the street. Miller's Ice-cream & coffee next door.

This campsite right next to the river was an amazing 3 days. They were friendly and the restrooms were very clean. Would love to come back

While the location is convenient and the owners are nice, I was disappointed in the amenities. Stayed for 4 nights and the bathrooms were clearly not cleaned contrary to the sign that said "cleaned daily." The bathroom trash was overflowing and the paper towel dispenser never worked. Also, online it said fire ring and picnic table at every site, but ours did not have one and we had to move one from an empty site. On another note, my childen enjoyed the playground and between our 2 sites, we had room to play games.
