Walked in from the Bean Creek trailhead, our “2nd annual shakedown trip” to prep for summer multi day trips and Juneau lake cabin did not disappoint! While there isnt a lot of standing dead firewood to cut, we didnt freeze at night. The views are amazing! Just keep in mind this cabin is on a hill and freezing conditions during the winter can make access interesting if it’s the good ol’ polished ice of later winter. Regardless, Juneau Cabin is sure to satisfy and the views will absolutely impress!!

We loved our time at Juneau Lake Cabin on the Resurrection Pass Trail! The cabin is beautiful and the view from the cabin overlooking Juneau Lake is peaceful and serene - we enjoyed using the canoe provided - always a great time at our public use cabins.
I support continued funding of these beautiful facilities in the great outdoors for myself and all people to enjoy.

Amazing cabin. Wonderful location, access to canoes onsite is a treat, and cabin was clean and in good condition. At the time we were there available wood to burn was in low quantity.

Juneau Lake Cabin has been refurbished and is in GREAT shape! The new windows and firmly sealing doors will be great for keeping insects out next summer. New countertop with new hot plate protectors look great. I hope future users will help keep it looking good. It's wonderful to see our rental dollars being put to this good use!

We love this cabin, this was our 3rd trip this year, and especially enjoyed the firewood left. It was nice to see the improvements with new windows, door trim, and fresh shellac inside. We wish the little eye hook that was in the old door on the inside had been replaced. Unfortunately, we are in the day and age that sometimes people who did not rent the cabin feel they are entitled to enter even though it is occupied by a permit holder. It would be great if every cabin had a simple eye hook or door chain for the inside.
