Beautiful spacious 2 story cabin. But I wish it had a wood burning stove in addition to the oil burning stove. Kayaker can't carry that much oil fuel, so we were cold inside the cabin.

We only had one night, but it was well worth it. This large cabin has a beautiful open view of the ocean, and is situated on a calm cove. We enjoyed picking berries, paddling around, and walking in the woods. It's close to Sitka so very easy to access. The cabin was clean as were the surroundings (it isn't always but thankfully was this time).

Great large cabin for parties, we had four in our party and there was a ton of extra room. Previous guests left the cabin in good condition, we cleaned a few windows to enjoy the views. Rope swing and large net/hammock were nice and the firepit with benches were awesome additions. Outhouse was clean and nice that it was open, more visibility and very little out-house smell. Oil stove worked great and there was some wood at the cabin when we got there. Plenty of marine wildlife seen from the cabin, caught a few dungiees nearby and some light fishing right off the mooring buoy. Didn't see any deer or bear this trip but it looks like a bear visited the beach during one of the nights we were there.
