What Guests Are Saying
Lake Eva Cabin, maintained by the USFS, offers a fantastic experience with great fishing for humpies and char. The cabin comfortably accommodates four adults and features a spacious deck, a wood stove, and elevated walks. While bear activity is noted, the overall solitude and beauty of the area make it a worthwhile getaway.

Great place to experience life and beauty of SE Alaska rainforest. Fishing’s good for cuts and dollies. Cabin is set in a great location and is in great shape. Great trail along river to saltwater but is only accessible by boat from the cabin. Bring a little outboard as this will make it easy to access the trail and explore the lake

Nice cabin, loving the "fly-in" opportunity and the seclusion it provides.

Nice cabin; beautiful setting on Lake Eva. Fishing is most active at the inlet and outlet of the lake. Lake Eva trail (across the lake from the cabin) is one of the nicest trails in the Tongass. There are many fishing opportunities in Eva Creek all the way down to the bay. Outboard motor recommended for those planning to fish or access the trail. Brown Bear, Deer, and many other beautiful animals and waterfowl are abundant In the area.
