The overall condition of the cabin is functional. The floor needs to be refinished to prevent rot make cleaning easier. The skiff needs work to repair leaks. While there was wood for the wood stove, be sure to bring 2 splitting wedges and a maul and be prepared for a workout. The rounds are full of knots and have twisted grain. There is a pot to catch water off of the roof for washing dishes. All other water needs to be boiled. Be sure to check if the dock is out. If it is not the cabin is not handicap accessible. The view of the lake is world class. The lake tends to vary in level in response to heavy rain.
