Nice campground with warm showers! Note that no fire pits, but instead fires in the grills instead.

Easy to find campsite. Campsite was maintained well. A lot of the restrooms were closed for the season and walking to the nearest open one was a little annoying with the way the campground is laid out. Nice campground for RVs with flat concrete pads but not ideal for tent camping.

Visit was second week of November for 12 days and there were lots of empty sites. So quiet and very dark. Wonderful place to chill and rejuvenate. Only drawback is the cactus spurs that our dog picked up every 20 feet. Not great for dogs but wonderful for humans. Desert drive across from visitor centre highly recommended. Ask at the visitor centre for a pamphlet to identify the landmarks on the drive. Went into Ajo for a visit and had excellent fish tacos at restaurant beside them town square. Will definitely return.

Sparsely populated. Quiet. No kiosk personnel. Some of the restroom facilities were closed/locked. Some of the water spigots were active although signs indicated otherwise.
Much signage regarding illegal immigrants and drug trafficking in the area; however, we saw none of this and had no issues.
Campground is located near hiking and loop drive trails.
November is an excellent time to visit this area

We’ve stayed at Organ Pipes many times as we travel with our trailer to Mexico every year. It’s always one of our favorite spots. Well maintained, quiet and lovely desert terrain. All the short hikes around the campground are nice. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We stayed 5 nights and have nothing bad to say about the park. We will visit again next year.
