Stunning views, dark skies, and quiet await at this campground! Sites have vegetation between them and there is plenty of room within each site. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and was sad to leave.

We would have rated the camping experience excellent except that we were attacked in the night by a pack rat or rats which caused $700 in damage to the wiring of our truck. We love this campground and have been here several times. Just remember to bring a few bright lights, preferably flashing lights, and some around your truck, in the engine compartment and under the engine in the night. Keep that hood up!

Beautiful area of the Sonoran Desert, with many great hiking trails in the area.
But it would be better if they at least had electricity at the campsites.

Beautiful Sonoran desert, beautiful views, beautiful monument. Campground and facilities are clean and well maintained. Weather was perfect in mid November. Abundance of hiking trails.

My wife and I spent 2 weeks in Organ Pipe at Twin Peaks. The park is spectacular and the camp ground is comfortable and well maintained. There are a range of hiking trails (from easy to quite challenging). The rangers and staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
This is a relatively large park, so arrive with supplies. The nearest grocery store (in Ayo) is a couple of hours round trip. There is a small town (called Why) with a convenience or two (and a solid Mexican restaurant) that's about an hour round trip up the road. We didn't venture across the border, but plenty of people do, and it's less than 10 miles to the south.
Overall, we loved our time at this monument and plan to return.

What a great place to spend some time. Great trails right out of the CG. As with any park, they are the best of what we have. Not to mention the Rangers.

I was only there for 1 night, but got to do a little hiking and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The night sky is amazing, and had a very quiet, peaceful night there. I will be back for a longer stay next time!

One of our favorite parks in the whole country. Lovely spacious campsites in a beautiful stark desert environment. Dark sky’s make for fabulous stars at night. We camped with a trailer but chose the no generator zone to avoid noisy generators. So much nicer than the generator sites.

The weather, the well marked and maintained trails, the Ranger Talk, and the supportive and well informed people at the visitor center made our trip to this NP memorable. We hope to return for a longer stay.
