What Guests Are Saying
Twin Peaks Campground offers a serene and beautiful desert setting with stunning mountain views and well-maintained facilities, including clean bathrooms and large, level campsites. Guests appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable staff, along with engaging ranger-led programs and nearby hiking trails. While some noted the lack of electric hookups and occasional issues with campground hosts, the overall experience was highly positive, making it a favored spot for campers.

There was no wifi available. Unable to make reservation at visitor center!! Only through gov.com. There needs to be communication between gov.com reservations and local park. Rangers and camp hosts have no immediate info regarding reservations. This is a problem at other national parks and monuments. More than just frustrating for campers, rangers and camp hosts!!! I'll be going to Big Bend in a few weeks. The same problem exists there!!

So glad water and dump on camp grounds. Makes a longer stay doable. Visitor center is great, rangers are all so helpful and friendly. Love the ranger talks. A tour hike with a ranger would be fun.

Easy to get a reservation, great attitude of the volunteers/Rangers, and a beautifully maintained park. My only complaint would be the generator hours. It would be MUCH more convenient to have generator hours 8-11am and 5-8pm. completion of cooking supper and chance to watch some TV would be much easier with later hours.

Great sunset location. Quiet considering the large number of sites and percent of sites occupied. Ranger program was fun and informative.

Quiet, well staffed, safe. Showers aren't warm unless it's hot weather.

Well maintained campground with concrete pads that are level. Restrooms were clean. Staff and volunteers were outstanding. Evening programs were informative and entertaining. Thank you Kim for the wonderful bird hike - I am hooked.

It is nice to have a beautiful campground that can accommodate larger class A RVs.

We were in site 008, RV Generator in a 30ft Class C. This would be a 5-star review if the site had been more level. It was very challenging to level without lifting our front wheels completely off the ground, and it took multiple attempts to get up on blocks so we could safely level. Otherwise, our stay at this campground was wonderful! The ranger presentations in the evenings were fun and informative. We took at drive through around the loop road to the arch and it was incredibly beautiful. The facilities in the park are well kept. We will definitely return!
