Campground has amazing views of the Sonoran Desert, convenient trail heads, nice restrooms. The lack of ramadas in the tent only area has significant impact on enjoyment when temps reach mid-upper 80's.

Great location and campground. Great Ranger talks and plenty of trails to hike. Remember no power at sites, water at dump station. ❤️

Nice, clean, safe park! We were greeted by a park ranger when we were setting up and he asked us if we had any questions and also offered some information regarding the park. I appreciated that. The facilities were clean. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Stayed several nights in site 6. Nice flat site on the front row of the campground. The shower water is heated by solar, so an afternoon/early evening shower provided some warm water. The picnic table and outdoor area is on the west side of each site so most of the day the sun blazes down on the site amenities making them too hot to be able to enjoy. There are some sites with a shade structure, otherwise the cacti and trees do little to block the sun. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening ranger programs. We hiked all the trails around the campground. The visitor center and patio talks were enjoyable.
