Beautiful park with natural vegetation all around. Don't miss the presentations at the visitor center during the day and at the ampitheater at night. Trails are nice and the mountain scenic drive was well worth the time.

We travelled through 10 states, visited several State and National Park campgrounds. Twin Peaks was the best of all. Very clean restrooms with warm showers !!! Changed sites 3 times because we prolonged our stay 2 times. All sites were so beautiful.
Every evening we attended the free !!! program at the amphitheatre. We‘ve learned so much and felt so welcome by the friendly speakers.
And … the stunning nature, the amazing hikes. We‘ll take the best memories home with us to Germany.
And when in the area: don‘t miss Ajo !!

The tent sites are awesome. Try to pick one with a structure over the picnic table.
The arranger programs are a must-see too.
Such a great place to camp and explore.

Great campground and campsites. Most had concrete slabs and enough greenery for privacy. Water spigots were conveniently spaced. Bathrooms very clean. Showers, mostly hot water. Several hiking trails that left right from the campground to nice destinations so driving is not necessary, however, there are two wonderful driving tours as well. Beautiful Amphitheater convenient to the campground. Great evening talks educational and entertaining.
The one downside. Other than the visitor center souvenirs there is no "convenience"store for ice, milk, etc. Nearest town is 5 miles - in Mexico, next nearest 15 miles north. Come prepared no to run out.
Highly recommend the whole experience... in March or April, maybe May, but hear it gets real hot in summer and cold in winter.

Great campground. Unfortunately I went to the visitor center and forgot my America the Beautiful pas. The employee was rude and nasty. She might want to find another way to talk to people. I’ll be sure to avoid your books/visitors center in the future

Wonderful time. Hosts were great. Restrooms were well maintained. Evening Ranger Programs, hiking, biking, star gazing. Can’t get any better than that!

This is a great place. There is so much to do, there’s hiking, ranger talks, a visitor center. There’s solar showers and restrooms.
