Had a reservation coming up in November thru March A simple request asking for a Photo of a RV site since they don't have any on there Website and I would be driving 3 States away. Was told no from the lady in the office because it was to hot go outside but they wanted a deposit. Got really rude with me. So I cancelled. They basically lost out on 3 grand. Customer service is non existent anymore!!

Mosaic sun park has major electrical issues with their site pedastals and when we alerted management, management stated she wasnt going to pay for anything to be fixed. The licensed and bonded electrician said the electrical conponents are from the 50s and the wires were frayed and not safe to use. This information was shared with onsite management and her response displays the complete lack or regard for the safety of their residents. Be cautious if you consider this specific park or any managed by this company

The people in the park are great. But the management company/owners do not care what the people in the park want or need. Changes to kitchen are a joke. No oven or cook top. No dishwasher. It's like they are trying to make it a showcase instead of a fun livable place to enjoy your time.

The manger in Mosaic Sun needs to be taught to be professional and keep confidential. We had an incident with our pet and she did not give us due process by coming to us and talking with us about the incident. She arbitrarily got a lawyer to evict us. We knew about the eviction notice even before it was in the mail because she was telling our neighbors about it! Very unprofessional. Our neighbors did not need to know this!!
We’ve been in this park for 11 seasons and our dog for 6. We’ve never had a complaint about our dog until this one resident moved in last year!!
They tout a pristine pool and hot tub but they have been closed since Oct 2022 no excuse to take 5 months to get permits to fix a gas leak!!
They have double standards. We were notified that we are no longer allowed in the park because of our dog breed and over 20” at the shoulder(been in this park for 12 seasons) yet they just let someone in last week that have a golden lab over 20” at the shoulder!!
