Leisure Valley RV Resort

Very quiet. Friendly staff. Safe community. We stayed in our class A for a month while roaming the US as new retires.

I just wanted to come on here and leave a review for Hailey in the office. I am new to CG and was looking for a small quiet spot and was very interested in this spot, however I was extremely concerned about the reviews of the previous management that they were mulitant tyrants.
I decided to email and see what kind of response I got with that, and Hailey emailed me back. Today I stopped in and met Hailey and I believe his name was Freddie...let me just tell you, they were both so kind and helpful. I spent a good amount of time there with lots of questions and concerns and they could not have been any better.
Anyway, if you are considering this place but share the same concerns based on reviews, just know that they have new management and they are amazing.

"Upon arrival, the receptionist was unhelpful and rude. She refused to provide any paperwork, maps, or information, simply pointing in the direction of our campsite. When we finally got settled, we were overwhelmed by a strong sewer smell. Due to the unpleasant experience, we decided to leave a day early. Unfortunately, the receptionist refused to offer a refund when we informed her of our decision."

Park looks nice and very clean, however the lady manager was very rude, slamming the door in my face to tell me she was busy. Why not just say I am sorry, I am with a resident, I can help you after, instead of closing the door in my face literally. I Went here to help our a friend get a space to stay for a year or so, the guy manager was super nice. I can not recommend this rv park, if the female manager was this rude trying to get into the park, my friend would have to deal with her the whole year....Not thinking so! I would recommend going to Fiesta Grande RV park off Florence Blvd, they are very friendly and nice. I am happy my friend chose not to go to Leisure RV resort.

We purchased a park model several months ago and use it on a part time basis. The monthly dues are reasonable. The park is clean and well maintained and the clubhouse is nice. We enjoy using the pool and hot tub, and everyone has been very friendly.
