Val Vista RV Resort

This resort is very quiet and clean. You can tell the residents have a lot of pride in the homes and help keep the park clean. It appears to have a lot more park models & seasonal RVers than temporary stays. I wish the office was longer hours during the winter months when there are more occupants. I also wish people would follow the existing pet rules instead making up their own rules. We have stayed there twice this winter and would stay there again if we are back in the area.

Val Vista RV park was great. I stayed for 5 months, facilities were nice and the staff was pleasant and always helpful.

We had a fun 10 days at Val Vista Resort. We were welcomed immediately by all of the neighbors. We came in on a holiday so the office was closed but we had been emailed everything we needed beforehand to get in and setup. The lot sizes were huge and so nice. We utilized the pool and hot tub almost daily and met someone new every time. We appreciated the resort accepting our funky little camper, a lot of other resorts in the city would not accept it due to its age or small size. All of the neighbors loved it and some had grandparents that had one like it. The restrooms/showers need some maintenance or upgrades, but they were very clean. Loved the Wall-mart shed. Nice place to leave a few items we didn’t need and we even found a treasure.

We came for the amenities. Ha. When the snow birds aren't hete there aren't any.
Pool cold, hot tub didn't work 1/3 of the time, water shut off for repairs weekly
My husband was in the shower twice when that happened. Clicker for the gate ( which has been broken for 3 weeks now) didn't work, office told me to go buy new battery.
Airplanes day and night. Small planes, all you hear is small engine noise all night. We paid for the year, but leaving. No $$ returned ( that's ok) but leaving.

We've only been here a couple months but already feel at home! Mike and Regina greeted us from the first time we walked into their door. They really put a lot of effort into activities to have fun and get together! We chose this park over the rest of them because of the amenities and cleanliness.
