Kendrick Cabin is a well-equipped, clean, and inviting retreat with comfortable beds, a variety of kitchen supplies, and enjoyable amenities like games and a telescope for wildlife viewing. Guests appreciated the cool July nights and the upgraded cleaning, making for a pleasant arrival experience. While there are minor issues such as a small refrigerator and some dust, the overall experience is praised, with many expressing a desire to return for hiking in the area.
Kendrick Cabin is well equipped with kitchen supplies, good mattresses on all five beds, and comfortable futon-sofas in the living room. Cleaning supplies cover any possible needs, paper goods are supplied also. There are games for rainy days. July nights were wonderfully cool for sleeping. The solar indoor lighting is great. The refrigerator is small, but it kept everything cold; the freezer works well. Plenty of hot water, used sparingly.
Wind howling through the poor fitting back door. Very dusty…and the one futon is pretty beat. Reccomend bring fitted sheets to cover both of them. Bed is very good, didn’t do upstairs. We will go back as day hiking is endless around there.
Loved my time at this cabin. The dogs were so happy they refused to leave. I only stayed one night, but once I arrived I wanted to stay longer, unfortunately it was already booked. Great views of sunrise and sunset, totally secluded with very easy check-in, check-out.
