Our first stay at Bonito Campground and it was wonderful. Camp hosts Frank & Sandy stopped by to greet us and they were so nice, they even had treats for our dogs. The bathrooms were clean and they had soap. Nice spacing between camp sites and overall very quite. Short walk to the information center from the campground. No cell coverage whatsoever, you will need to drive a few miles back out to the highway if you need that. Site 25 was big enough for our 34' 5th wheel and our truck. Lots to see in the area, we will be back.

This is a great loop campground. Very close to Sunset Crator and the Lava Flow. All trails were open. The host were very nice and even commented on liking my Banjo playing ;-)

A quiet spot with trails, stars at night and sunlight filtering through the pines in the morning, what's not to like?
