I arrived via touring bike in early may 2026. The faucets with running water, trash, and toilets were a welcome site! Thank you usfs for the great facilities!

Smaller campground of about ten sites tucked away from the highway. Fee was $20 2025. Has vault toilets and water. Sites were somewhat close together in a mature stand of evergreen trees. Listed as medium use and that is what we witnessed. We visited May 2025.

Very clean and quiet campground. Wonderful views at night. Arizona trail connected next to the camp which has marvelous views (about 1 hour) hike. Campground host on site and basic restroom facilities.

I liked it! The only down fall there are no SHOWERS =( .. but other than that it was beautiful. I wouldn't advise it for smaller children because there isnt much for them to do there. The reservoir was a couple of miles away, but even with that..theres no place for them to play unless you have a small boat or raft
