Great location! Sites are much closer than the maps makes it appear but it was perfect for our group! Two great beaches for fishing/playing.

We really enjoyed this campground. It's right on the shores of the Colorado River. We stayed here twice in a 36' fifth wheel. Not all the sites are big rig friendly, but most are.
The camp host was great. Friendly and helpful, but not intrusive at all.
The sites are gravel and mostly level.
We used Verizon and AT&T but needed a cell booster for both.
No hookups, but the price was right!

The hosts, Mike & his wife, were not at all friendly. I only talked to them three times & twice they were nasty when they didn't need to be. Once I needed to move to another spot & he spoke to me like I was an idiot when telling me how to fill out the slip & envelope for the next spot, the other time, they walked by my spot when I had my little dog sitting in my lap, and they yelled at me to put the dog on a leash RIGHT NOW!!

Although our first night was such a disaster (unable to sleep as the tent was on our faces, bent canopy, etc.) due to high winds, this campground is pretty, just next to the Colorado River. They have a vault restroom and no running water - which are in their description, so pretty much you’d have to bring your own water. We reserved 2 campsites but were apart from each other; however, the owners(?)/in-charge were nice enough and allowed us to camp next to my fam the second and third nights (ofc, depended on the reservations). They also let my brother/fam stay for an extra hour after checkout while some of us went and bought a sway control for their trailer, all the way to Havasu City.

Overall, it was a good experience - just choose the days/nights that don’t have high winds.
