Orchard RV Park

The park was easy to find. It is actually located closer to Mesquite Nevada than Littlefield Arizona. You can gain access to highway 91 from I 15 either from Littlefield in the north or Mesquite from the south. From highway 91 turn onto Scenic Blvd for just a little over three miles. There is pavement all the way. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. The rules are fairly basic except that one is not allowed to drive any stakes in the ground. Stones are strategically placed near palm trees to hold down carpets and mats. The interior roads are paved and like new. Be aware. This park services only filly self contained units. There are no public bathrooms or showers.

Our site, 08, was a gravel based pull through that was super long and super wide. It was easily three times wider than a normal urban site. Services (30/50 amp, water, sewer and cable) were to the left side. Distancing is very good even for a rural park. Each sites had a small Palm Tree that in time will make the park even more beautiful. None of the sites had a table or fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was clean and well groomed.

The park included cable TV had plenty of channels to choose from. We did not search for any OTA channels. We did not use the park supplied wifi. Satellite will not be difficult. There were no washrooms except one by the laundry room but that was only available while the office was open. The laundromat was very clean with 4 of each. There are also OHV trails that are accessible from the park.

There are no restaurants or stores within easy walking distance but just a short drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores in Mesquite. We found this park to be a great overnighter. We paid $48.00 including tax per night and we feel we received fair value. We will be back if in the area again.

Very clean, huge spaces for your RV and vehicles (including your recreational vehicles). Plenty of space for your outdoor furniture. Paved roads, doggie park, gazebo, fantastic views.

Love this RV park. It's away from the Highway but close enough to Mesquite for anything you need. Sites are huge! Good water. We have had no issues with the wifi. It is surrounded by dirt roads so it's great for walking your dog, riding bikes or side by sides. There is a laundry room on site. No pool. No hot tub. Only a pool table in the office area. But we never use those amenities anyway. The price is hundreds$ less than the others in the area. We highly recommend Orchard RV park.

Clean, quiet and friendly people. A very nice RV park. Would love to stay there again!

Such a fantastic place to escape the Utah cold temperatures during Winter months. They have done an amazing job with the set up and the staff is great. We're thankful for being on their list of residents.
