Great sites to stay, trails, river, and more

We camped here on our way to California. We enjoyed a quick walk down the river. Place was clean and easy to find. Not the prettiest place but it is a great place to stop for a day on your journey. Summers get to hot for me here though. Fall and spring are best.

Unique location. Hot with no shade. Beautiful in the evening. Was to be expected in the desert in May. Neighbors (kids) were very loud until midnight. Quite hours 10pm to 7am

Nice views, can hike down along the river if you wish. East side of upper campground can have a little Hwy noise. This canyon is prone to some wind. No showers. Air conditioned rest rooms.

Beautiful and tidy campsite
The campsite is really very neat and nicely laid out. Especially the places with roofs are great, as they give pleasant shade. A small suggestion for improvement: A few signposts with the seat numbers would make the search on arrival much easier. Overall but absolutely recommended!
