Policies & Rules
Arrival & departure
- Check out by 11 AM and check in after 3 PM for rental units.
- Check out by 12 AM and check in after 2 PM for camping and RV sites.
Pets
- Pets must be on a 6' leash, but may be off-leash on Nature Trails or during playtime if owners are present.
- Pet owners must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste in provided dumpsters.
- Dogs must be walked outside of the camping area, preferably on nature trails.
- Dogs cannot be left unattended outside the campsite when owners are not present.
- Vicious dog breeds are prohibited on the property.
- Well-behaved pets and service animals are permitted in the recreation center, but not during food service.
Safety & rules
- Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Public intoxication, abusive language, illegal substances, vandalism, and disorderly behavior are strictly prohibited.
- Trash must be disposed of in the dumpster near the park entrance.
- Management is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss while on campground property.
- Guests are encouraged to turn off porch lights inside their RV to comply with Dark Skies policy.
Vehicles & parking
- Sport vehicles and golf carts can only be used on streets and trails from 8 AM to dusk; electric vehicles can be used anytime if they have lights.
- The speed limit in the park is 5 MPH.
Local regulations
- Hunting is prohibited and guns are not allowed in the lodge or clubhouse.
- Smoking is prohibited in the lodge, RV rentals, and cabins.
- Mining or removing minerals, rocks, or artifacts from the property is prohibited.
- Metal detecting is not allowed in the campground or on trails.
- Access to common areas can be revoked by management for rule violations or disputes.
Fees & deposits
- Guests are required to register upon arrival and must leave by 10 PM to avoid an extra fee.
Amenities
- Wi-Fi is available but limited, provided at the clubhouse.
Utilities
- Charging electric vehicles requires prior arrangements with the campground host.
Wildlife & food storage
- Removing or destroying wildlife or plants on the property is prohibited; observe without touching.
Fires & fuel
- Ground fires are not allowed; propane appliances are permitted, and a fire pit is available at the Lodge with permission.
