Encore Mesa Spirit is a large RV park with 1,600 sites, featuring three sparkling pools and numerous spas. The manager, Mary, is noted for her friendliness. However, the restrooms are locked overnight until 7 AM, which may be inconvenient for early risers.

Very tight spots. And, they lock the restrooms overnight until 7 AM. Do people in Mesa not start their day before 7 AM?
