Mesa Gardens RV Park

I moved here now in the month of July this place is beautiful it's renovated beautifully and I'll say one thing else the staff and also the manager is absolutely amazing she makes you feel so welcome this place is gay friendly. I'm highly happy here I've not been happier than anywhere else I've lived only one thing is rent is really high I mean but for the area pay to live closer to the city. Convenient right by the light rail if you need it and I don't know it's just absolutely great and I thank you all very much for such a great place this RV park is worth the look on worth the stay I will be a long-term resident I will stay here as long as I can.

We live in Mesa and use this park as our loading up and unpacking location for our RV, staying 4 or 5 days each visit. The park is a bit tight for our 35 ft RV but the management and the residents have always been very kind and considerate in helping us get situated in our space. We love the location close to downtown. I find the park to be kept meticulously clean, whenever we stay there, especially the office and laundry room. Kaylin is so sweet and helpful to us(with a great Kentucky accent)whenever we call or are at the park. It feels like a secure location for our RV in downtown Mesa, with friendly staff.

I lived here for a year and have zero complaints. The area isn’t not that good but with this gated community you will live in a safe area. Miss Kaylin the manager is amazing, she’s very polite and professional. I highly recommend this place

This RV park is a gem in Mesa! The management does a great job operating the RV Park! It’s always clean and safe and it’s a gated community! The manager Kay is phenomenal and she goes out of her way to do her job and it shows! Highly recommended if you're coming to the Phoenix area.

I was a long term resident for close to a year. The gate was broken for 4 or 5 months of living there. Still regularly breaks. Homeless outside, some are nice a lot are addicts its the city. Water is shut off regularly for maintenance and line breaks. Management is eh. Billing for electrical was weird and sketchy the whole time i was there. When i left they billed me for closing electrical because they forgot (?) to apply the deposit i paid at the beginning that covers the end. If you have a rig over 30 ft plan for parking to be a hassel its super tight. Its a decent locstion next to a couple good restaurants. Could be a good park. Not worth close to a grand every month, could be but poor maintenance and management prevents that.
