It was very good, cleaning and well administrated, just a littlie bit noise -- from neighbor site.

Very nice campsite. The cool weather was a great relief from the summer heat down below the mountain. The lake was a nice fishing spot. We like the closeness to Summerhaven and Mt Lemmon restaurants. There were many hiking trails everywhere.

I just got back from camping at Rose Canyon, and it was an awesome experience all around. The camp host and staff were friendly, helpful, and really kept the place in great shape. The campsites were clean, well-spaced, and had plenty of shade. Fishing was great — nice size trout and a beautiful setting around the lake. The weather was perfect, and it’s just a great spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy the outdoors. I’d definitely recommend Rose Canyon to anyone looking for a peaceful mountain camping trip.

We were in a camp site 63, which was excellent. Close to a restroom (but not too close), near a water spigot, and a short walk to the lake. The entire campground was peaceful and quiet, and the restrooms were very clean and well maintained. Camp hosts and people at the entry booth were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the clear night skies with many stars, walking around the small lake, and going into Summerhaven for lunch at Beyond Bread.

The camp hosts and staff were friendly and helpful. Other campers were loud, left messes in the bathrooms, and washed dishes at the water points. Despite a busy weekend, the camp store was not open during the posted hours.
