This is our second time at Munds and this time we stayed a total of 6 weeks. We started out with a travel trailer but a week into our stay we bought a fifth wheel. We transferred all our things from one to the other, stayed in a monthly site and then took the travel trailer down to Mesa. The staff was very helpful and the gals up at the front were great with assisting us whenever we had questions. I didn't get a chance to use the pool or spa, but next time I will. There were a few people in there when I walked by and it seemed to be nice. I believe the temp was around 104°, to me, that's a perfect spa temp, especially for those chilly mornings or cool nights

Friendliest personnel you could ever encounter. Jake and Candice were phenomenal hosts and bend over backwards to make sure all needs are met. The ladies in the Registration/Trading Post are not only the friendliest and efficient, they a wealth of information for sites, museums, hiking trails and must-see attractions that are merely short distances from the park. You will definitely have a stay to remember!

Edited 3 hours later. Update: management fixed this issue and I have updated the stars from 3 to 5. Pay this in mind when you read below.

As an avid critic of RV parks, we have stayed in hundreds across the US. We are full-time RV travelers, and our loyal followers rely on our opinions of places to stay.
We know that many people give 5 Star reviews readily. We have given several RV Parks 5-star reviews based on Customer Service. If they have that down, they're getting 5 stars regardless of everything else, unless the park is really bad.
So why did this park get a 3-star review? When I first called to set up the reservation, an amazing lady greeted me and gave me a price I couldn’t beat. I told her I would call right back because I wanted to make sure my wife was good with it. When I called back, Shannon answered the phone, who charged me $60 more. When I told her what I was quoted, she argued with me in a sharp tone, saying, “I don’t know who you spoke with, but that is not the price.”
I’ve dealt with difficult people before, so no big deal. I received an email stating I would be in spot 386, so I ordered something from Amazon. When we arrived, they had moved us, so I had to reroute the driver. Not a big deal. Again, I fixed it.
Shannon was there when we checked in. Her tone was sharp and came across as rude, and she said we don’t tell people what spot they are going to be in, just in case this happens, yet I had an email from her the day we booked the reservation that stated 386. So, she lied. Not surprising. When I read that they were not responsible for damage done to RVs, I asked a question: what if your company vehicle damages my RV? Are you responsible for that? She said again, in a sharp tone with a nasty look on her face, No, we don’t have company vehicles. Yet, the following day, their side-by-side came rolling down the road. So again, another lie.
I’ve met her type before, so I pushed her buttons, and she ate it up hook, line, and sinker. She gave me the dirtiest look and got even nastier. I just smiled at her and walked out.
Everyone else was amazing there. Just a heads-up: for a good time, push Shannon's buttons.
Parking was awesome. The spots are very large and easy to back into, but you can’t hook your water filter up to the spicket because it points down, and is too close to the ground. You will need a special adapter to use your water filter.
I like that they don’t allow smoking on the property. That shows me they are respectful of people's allergies.
The RV Park is located in a perfect spot. No grass, though. In the back lots, if you're assigned to spots 380’s or above, count on relaxing in gravel. The nice thing is, they are huge spots. You have plenty of room for parking.
We loved it here because, even though we were quoted one price and then were charged another, the price for 8 nights was only $404.00. If you qualify for military discounts, there are no discounts on weekly or monthly rates. It’s not the first time we’ve heard that, but certainly not the norm.
All we needed was a place to park because we were hardly ever there. We went to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Petrified Forest, the Crater, and many other places. The park is in the center of the places we wanted to see. So, perfect for that.
If you need propane, the RV Park has it for $5.00 a gallon, but the Shell gas station, just 0.4 of a mile down the road, has it for $3.99. Save the dollar and drive to the Shell station.
The RV Park's little store has a few things, but if you go to the Shell Station, you can get a box of Cheez-its for $5.00 instead of $8.50 at the RV Park. Convenience is one thing, but being lazy is another. This park also has no putting range. For some of us, that is important.
Overall, would I stay here again? Yes. You can find ways around any issue, as we did. I loved the parking and how easy it was to back into the large spots. However, I will have to stick with the 3-Stars because being treated nicely is important.

Great place to stop and take a sleep on the way to Flagstaff and Grand Canyon. We came here at night and without reservation. Office was closed but they have all necessary instructions to get RV site. We got spacious place with water/electric 50amp but without sewer for $70/night. The only reason that I gave a 4 stars instead 5 is an absence of WiFi. We needed it extremely and it was promised on web site as complimentary, but we never get it.

Munds Park is the BEST. My in-laws own one of the seasonal trailer properties and we always look forward to visiting. This place has great amenities, including a pool, jacuzzi, general store, laundry, etc., and now that the strip mall is under new ownership, their is a delicious pizza restaurant and bar in SUCH close proximity. We love to go on family walks, everyone is so friendly and polite, and it is a beautiful, relaxing getaway from the hot, busy valley.

My only complaint is the playground. It is kinda weird and modern and isn't very small child friendly. I'm always afraid my kiddo is going to get hurt, so we mostly avoid it, but I do see bigger kids playing on it often.

Would definitely recommend that you stay here. :)
