It was the perfect stay if your okay with Mice running through the kitchen every night. We are okay with that and loved staying here.

The cabin is delightful. The deck overlooking the spring is fantastic. The road into the cabin is a nightmare. The cabin is ADA compliant and one of a kind for disabled people in southern Arizona. The problem is that folks in a wheelchair full time use low profile wheelchair vans. We repeatedly bottomed out in the giant ruts. Mix gravel into that equation and a big slope and you have a near-impossible situation. We had to unload the van and my wife had to push my chair up that slope. Very tricky to say the least. Coming down was even worse. Had I not had a very strong friend along for the trip I'm certain my electric chair would have flipped over with me in it. The cabin is rented almost every day of the year. $150 x 360 = 54,000.
For God's sake, budget a few thousand to grade the road. You need an SUV or truck to navigate the road in its present condition. Don't attempt with a wheelchair van.

The cabin and the site exceeded our expectations. Privacy galore. It was clean and well stocked and the beds were mainly comfortable. The rushing stream was a pleasure to sit out and enjoy on the spacious patio. Can't wait to stay there again.
