What Guests Are Saying
Sinkhole Campground offers a clean, well-maintained environment with friendly camp hosts, particularly Beth and Jeremy, who are praised for their helpfulness. The restrooms are consistently noted for their cleanliness, enhancing the overall camping experience. Great area for hiking. Willow Lake is a great lake for so much outdoor activity from fishing to boating to hiking.

This campground is well maintained and in a beautiful natural setting. The asphalt pads are perfect for our 24 ft motorhome. Sharon, the camp host, was very friendly and welcoming.

We were in site 17. Very clean love the lake. Did not know it was a double space that could be stated clearer. The traffic noise from Hwy 260 is very loud especially the big rigs at night. Probably would not stay there again only reason is because of the Hwy 260 noise.

We have been camping at Sinkhole for many years and have always had a pleasant experience. This visit was just the right temps and afternoon showers were the best. Bathrooms are always clean and host always very helpful and pleasant.
My husband enjoyed the fishing as always also. Another reason we have always chose to camp at Sinkhole.

Wonderful little campground with good privacy and lots of nearby trails. Host was very nice and did not bother us at all.

Overall a nice, simple campsite. We usually do a site south of the rim, but decided to try Sinkhole to be closer to the lakes. Being a 5 minute drive from Willow Springs Lake and the rim lookout where super helpful. We even had wild horses come by one morning and hangout near our campsite.
Be aware: you are close to the highway and road to the lake, meaning you may hear some traffic and not feel fully immersed in nature like at other camps sites. There is very little to no cell service (T-mobile) so we had to drive to the rim visitor center. Many RVs at the site, so if you are focused on being amongst tents, I recommend a different site.
