Quiet campground with lots of space between lots. Pit toilets are, well, pit toilets, but the campground is great.

Sharp Creek is the only campground in Payson that we have chosen to tent camp at due to it’s always clean and campsites are very clean upon arrival, there is just the perfect amount of space between the sites. We love it and our grandchildren enjoy it!

It was wonderful!! The campgrounds are secluded enough that even with neighbors, you still have privacy. Even got a visit from some cows 😊. Can't wait to go back.

Camp host was very nice and greeted us upon arrival. Bathrooms were always stocked and were clean. If you are using the campsite grill, only downfall was half of the grates were missing. We enjoyed just getting out of the heat and getting some piece and quiet. Kids had a great time and we definitely will be coming again.

We stayed at site 5, it had good spacing from the other sites. The weather was great, the bathrooms were clean, and it was overall a really good campground.

We like Sharp Creek campground as it is a shorter drive from PHX. It is usually pretty clean, quiet and cooler than the valley.
There are no hookups even though we have a trailer. We enjoy being close to the RIM.
