My wife and I spent a few days at Ambiente, and our experience was outstanding. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and completely spoiled.

A special highlight was the restaurant Forty1. The food was amazing, and the service was even better. Charm, Lúa, and Lidia were exceptional — professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly warm. They made every meal feel special and added so much to our overall experience.

Ambiente is already an amazing property, but the staff takes it to another level. Highly recommend.

I stayed a singular night for a special occasion and everything was fantastic. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, kind, and helpful and never made you feel even moderately burdensome when approached with questions or requests. The rooms were clean, comfortable, filled with great amenities, and to top it all off had stunning views. The grounds are meticulously maintained and you can tell how much care the hotel puts into your stay and each little detail.

Best hotel experience by far!! My partner brought me here for my birthday. The rooms are absolutely stunning! Very quiet resort. Adults only. The food at the restaurant was really good. The staff provided top tier customer service. Very kind, accommodating, personable, and swift. We had a rental and they valeted it as soon as we pulled up. We didn’t have to use it the entire time we were there because they provide drop/pick up within 2 mile radius. I also went to spa for 90 minute massage which was also great.

We just returned home last night, and I can honestly say Ambiente was one of the most incredible hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

From the moment we arrived, every single detail was thoughtful, intentional, and elevated. The service was absolutely impeccable — every staff member we encountered went above and beyond, and it felt genuine, warm, and effortless. You truly feel taken care of here.

The spa was to die for — peaceful, luxurious, and exactly what you’d hope for in Sedona. The restaurant was outstanding, and on our very first night, one of the bellmen even purchased our drinks for us, which completely set the tone for the stay. They also drove us anywhere we needed to go for dinner and picked us up, making everything seamless and stress-free.

Our room was breathtaking. We stayed in Room 7, and the views were absolutely spectacular — giant floor-to-ceiling windows framed the red rocks perfectly, making it feel like the landscape was part of the room itself. Waking up and going to sleep with that view never got old.

With only 40 rooms total, the property feels incredibly intimate and peaceful — at times it felt like we had the entire place to ourselves.

The attention to detail was unmatched:

• Every need anticipated before we even asked

I also arranged a special 50th birthday surprise for my husband upon arrival, including an old-fashioned setup, and it was executed flawlessly. It was meaningful, personal, and so well done.

However, the absolute, undisputed highlight of the entire weekend was the opportunity to try Louis XIII. This experience was the ultimate birthday treat and something I will never forget. It speaks volumes about the level of luxury and unique experiences offered here.
