Arrival & departure
- Payment is required at check-in, and check-out must be by noon. Extensions must be arranged and paid for before noon.

- Metal detectors and digging are prohibited on the premises.

- The speed limit is 10 mph; golf carts must be driven by licensed individuals and stay in designated areas.
- Vehicles must stay on designated roads and not drive through campsites or grassy areas.
- RVs and vehicles must be functional; towing for improper parking or non-working condition is at the owner's cost.
Utilities
- Water hoses must be leak-free and sewer hoses must be properly connected; direct sewer hose placement is not allowed.
- Electric cords should be safe and compatible with RV park outlets; hard wiring is not allowed.
- SWFC is not responsible for electricity fluctuations or damage from power surges.
- Backflow prevention assemblies are required by law, with charges for non-compliance.
Site capacity
- Personal items must remain within your RV space and cannot extend into other campsites or roadways.
- RV spaces must not be left unattended for more than 24 hours as the park does not serve as a storage facility.
Fires & fuel
- Firearms, fireworks, and open fires are not allowed; gas fire pits require prior approval.
Site types & loops
- Storage units, cargo trailers, and tents need approval; excess equipment must stay within RVs, but small dog pens may be allowed with approval.
- Tents and dry camping require prior approval from management.
- Clotheslines, tarps, and canopies cannot be used outside.
