What Guests Are Saying
Kaibab Lake Sites and Group Areas is a well-maintained campground, offering spacious sites surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife, including squirrels and birds. Visitors appreciate the clean bathrooms, friendly hosts, and proximity to amenities in nearby Williams. However, the lake is currently very low, which has disappointed some campers, and noise from nearby roads can be an issue for tent campers.

Would rate it a 5 but unfortunately the lake is drying up and is in dire staits. That being said the staff was very friendly and the camp areas and toilets were kept clean. I've never camped there this late in the season but there were few campers present. Probably due to the low water. I hope there's a good winter up there to replenish the lake but the way things are going I doubt it.

The campground was beautifully wooded and quiet. The host was kind and helpful. Sad to see the lake so low. Nevertheless, I would be happy to come back to this sweet spot.

Lake is pretty dried up. Staff was extremely rude! I asked if there were still fish and she said I guess, but you have to walk. I asked if we could move campsites she said for everything to be done within the app. I asked if I could refund again it was through the app. Upon arrival she was having a yelling match with one of the guest. My family and I left. We ended up camping at Whitehorse lake. It was beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful and polite!!

I was very quiet and peaceful. The grounds were clean the unfortunate was the lake is not usable and they have no water.
Bring other things to do but fishing is not one of them

We have been camping at Kaibab Lake for years. Very clean campsites. Unfortunately the lake is a little low but we were able to catch a couple fish.

We love the large sites and the space between them. It was a enjoyable trip. The restrooms were spotless every time you entered. Camp host was so helpful and friendly.
