Stayed the night after a long trip from New Hampshire and were super happy with the park! We arrived late and our welcome paperwork was ready at the office night registration. The was a map and written instructions to find our site. It’s a small thing but when you are exhausted it makes it easier to get settled quickly. The kids enjoyed the pool and everything was very clean. We will definitely be back!

After two long days of travel it was great to know we had a couple days to relax and enjoy the Grand Canyon. We pulled in and quickly were checked in and escorted to our site. To make things even better our neighbors for the first night were a great time and invited us to join their cook out and some beverages.
Some of the amenities include a playground, indoor pool, and a convivence store.
Overall things we had a great two days here. Great neighbors and a great experience. The staff was friendly, the location was great, our campsite was level but it was rough rocks. If we came through this area we would camp here again.

We got in after a 9 hour drive day and the site was the most un-level site that we have had to deal with in 5 years of RVing across 27 states. At max height from the leveler, the site wasn't even close to acceptable (see photos). We tried for over 30 minutes to make it work from different angles or directions. We then tried adjacent spots that were empty with the same results.
The entire campground is on a huge slope and the sites did not have any retaining wall or grading, so they are sloped at the same pitch as the campground which is extreme.
We were exhausted and gave up. Pulled through to a site that had a retaining wall that was perfectly level. The next morning, we were told that it was an upgraded 50 amp site (we were only using 30) and that we need to pay more to stay there or we can drive around to find another site that was level. It was our first day of non-driving in 6 days, so we paid more, but a level site is the most basic service when it come to an RV park. I don't even expect it to be perfect, but raising 5 inches on one side should be able to get it to level.
Being forced into an upgrade to get something that can be made level is absurd. The person in the office said it's a common issue there.. so this review shouldn't be a surprise, but the fact that they know it's an issue and still choose not to put a railroad tie on the basic sites to level them with full is unacceptable.
The location is great. The park itself is nice. The problem is that no matter how nice a place or location may be, basic maintenance or a willingness to bend the rules if their don't provide an adequate spot needs some serious work.

We stayed here for three nights as we visited the Grand Canyon and Sedona and it’s right in the middle! Easy drive to both. Loved the little town of Williams and Route 66 as well. Campground hosts were fabulous, excellent store, facilities and amenities (especially for kids!). Site was decent and all worked well. Loved the on site food truck for breakfast! Would definitely stay again.

My family of 4 had the best time. So many things for the kids to do. The staff were incredibly patient and friendly. We did crafts, rode go carts, rode the train and hayride, jumped on the pillow and more. It’s an incredible place. Only downside was the cleanliness of the cabin. The floor and bed frames were icky & sticky. Also, there is a food truck with yummy food but not many options, no place to sit down and eat, and it was pricey. But overall, GREAT TIME, we will be back!!
