What Guests Are Saying
Kaibab Lake Sites and Group Areas is a well-maintained campground, offering spacious sites surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife, including squirrels and birds. Visitors appreciate the clean bathrooms, friendly hosts, and proximity to amenities in nearby Williams. However, the lake is currently very low, which has disappointed some campers, and noise from nearby roads can be an issue for tent campers.

Site 6 & 7 are double spaces with lake views. Lots of shade, great black top pad large enough for two rigs, 2 picnic tables, within walking distance to the restrooms, lake, amphitheater, etc. we enjoyed our time a lot!!

Always love staying at Kaibab. This past stay was so different. Been camping here for 10 years now & its usually hard to get in without a reservation. The week we were here we were surprised how empty the campground was.The new staff were not friendly & not social at all. We had to wave in order to get them to wave as they passed by. Not sure what their jobs are, but 4 campground hosts and you never see any of them. Very rarely do they even drive around like the old camp host of years past. Talking with other campers & people in town & the people are just not happy with this new company. It has really ruined what used to be such a friendly place.Oh and the lake is horrible. Its a mud pit.

The bathrooms are clean but, they stink. Stayed in site next to bathroom. Poor sight choice

Campgrounds and restrooms were very clean. Camping spots were level and easy to back a trailer into. Lake was very low and the fishing was poor, but we had a good time.

Group Site 1 was great. The sites are perfectly laid out and the ramada was a great blessing for our group gathering. The hosts are great and very informative. Than you Pat and Dan
We plan to be back for a few different group gatherings with friends, family and church

The stay was pleasant overall, but one thing I found a bit inconvenient was the water situation. There was only drinking water available, clearly marked for drinking only and not for any other use. It would have been helpful to have access to separate water for washing hands after using the restroom or for doing dishes.

Always love to go here but this time we had nights with loud people and it was after 9:00 p.m. quiet time. New ownership how charged for extra Vehicles double what we used to even with handicap
