We had the best time at this campground! John and Yvonne were fantastic hosts who went above and beyond! Having ice and wood available was a huge plus, and John offered to deliver it as well! What service! The sites were clean, the vault toilets were spotless and even smelled nice! Our site was located near the toilets, water and trash, but we didn't smell a thing, so it was all super convenient. The site was also just a short distance to the lake and we enjoyed a few evening walks to the lake. So peaceful. John and Yvonne had some suggestions for places to eat in town and also some fun activities for our kiddos. Very helpful. We were able to hike around the lake and many other beautiful hikes. The weather was a bit wet, but since the camper was on a paved bit, there was no mess! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful location..very scenic. I love sitting by the lake looking at all the birds, especially the eagles. Having Williams so close is very convenient to pick up groceries, grab something to eat or shop.

Overall we had a great time. Some of the cons though were the closeness of the campsites. I think the only real main problem I had was the constant haranguing by the hosts regarding the extra vehicle fee. I explained that I understood when I first got there and I would get cash when I went into Williams in the next day or so (I was going to be there for 6). They'd stop by 2-3 times a day for 2 days asking about it even though I had told them I would get it. The extra vehicle fee is just another excuse to gouge money. Our campsite had plenty of room for both my truck, trailer and car. There's no reason for the extra fee. Other than that, they kept the toilets and the campground clean. I'll probably stay again when I'm in that area again.

We love camping at Kaibab Lake Campground. Every site is great. The hosts are wonderful. This campground is very close to Williams and so we decided to take the Grand Canyon Railway up to the Grand Canyon for the day. Very nice day trip. The campground is very nice and the weather is perfect.
