What Guests Are Saying
Kaibab Lake Sites and Group Areas is a well-maintained campground, offering spacious sites surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife, including squirrels and birds. Visitors appreciate the clean bathrooms, friendly hosts, and proximity to amenities in nearby Williams. However, the lake is currently very low, which has disappointed some campers, and noise from nearby roads can be an issue for tent campers.

The setting is beautiful but quite noisy with the intersta 40 which passes not very far

Stayed the first 4 nights in the lake view loop. Site was nice. Didn’t use the restrooms. Some sort of water shortage so we had to get gallon jugs filled at host site. Second 4 nights we moved to Loop E site 65 is up the hill in the pines. We liked it better here. Still water shortage though.

This campground is *so well maintained*, and the camp hosts are all soooo very nice and helpful. The trees are gorgeous, and the lake is a short walk from any of the campsites. Also, there’s super easy boat and dock access right from the campground, it’s wonderful. I saw a ton of people fishing from the shore, and the lake was so stocked with fish that they were literally jumping out of the water.
I camped here with a tent solo for 3 days and would absolutely come back again. This is one of my absolute favorite arizona campgrounds - you can’t go wrong!

Beautiful & clean campground. Bathrooms were kept clean. Love the paved sites with fire pits. Tons of room between campers. Nice lake stocked with fish, so fishing was good.

This campground was great! The campsite we had (41) was very spacious and very well spread out from the other campsites. The signs to the campsite were very easy to follow especially since we arrived at night. The walk to the lake was very short and there were plenty of fish! We were able to catch 3 for our dinner that day. The restrooms were also clean. Just note that the restrooms do not have a sink, but it's no biggie since we brought soap and water with us. The hosts were very friendly and informative. We highly recommend this campground, and we'd love to come back!
