Great camp hosts! Immaculately clean bathrooms. Nice path to walk along the lake. Visited the Northern Arizona Museum in Flagstaff for the day, just a short drive away.

Extremely clean campground. Cordial and helpful hosts. Reasonable price for firewood. Convenient to Williams. Quiet, relaxing environment. Lake is a little murky, but still enjoyed the fishing. I stayed here before going to site 35. The only reason for the 4 star versus 5 is that it is extremely close to the vault toilets (which were kept quite clean) so did experience some unpleasant odors, albeit intermittently depending on wind.

Beautiful campsite.
Near the lake and in the forest
Camp site can be more flat to enhance the experience.

One of the most beautiful campsites i ever stayed at! I can‘t describe the beauty of this campground, it‘s so quiet and peaceful. The sunsets over the lake are amazing and the wildlife you see during day and night is so vast and versatile.
Just watch out for mice that might look for shelter in your tent or car…
The toilets are super clean and well managed.
