Alpine Ridge is one of my favorite camping sites in Arkansas. The bathrooms are clean, even though they are older, and the folks keeping them clean work hard at maintaining the campground. The folks who are on site as caretakers really live up to that name...they "checked me in" on the day after I arrived late, even though it was raining, and brought the tag to the campsite! The price for the campsite is more reasonable than most, because of the water and electric hookup. Hickory Creek in NW Arkansas cannot touch what Alpine offers, and is more expensive. Then, of course, Lake Degray...what else needs to be shared.

The was the first time camping at this park. We really enjoyed our time here and we will definitely camp here again. Was a beautiful and well kept park.

The showers are old, but clean. There are no fans in the showers. There needs to be more hooks for holding our clothes and towels. There needs to be some benches in the showers so we could sit down to rest while showering. The water is excellent for showering. The picnic tables are nice. Notice some cement pads are really nice. The pads are Good, but some of the asphalt is broken but let’s the RV’s at almost level. The electric and water faucets are suitable and works well. Really would be nice to have sewage for our RV’s. The office guy is polite, helpful, and encourage us to be here again. We plan to be back to here to camp again!

It needs to be cleaned up and mowed good otherwise it’s a great place to camp
